Driving License – Minimum and Maximum Age
The renter must be in possession of a valid driving license held for at least two (2) years and in possession of a current Malaysian or International Driving License.
Payment
OSCR accepts all major credit/charge cards such as MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
Refundable Security Deposit (RSD)
A Refundable Security Deposit will be required of between RM500 to RM2,000, depending upon the vehicle’s type and the length of rental. This will be refunded to the renter at the end of the rental period.
Deposit will be refunded to customer based on schedule below

Payment Terms
The renter is responsible to pay monthly rental beginning on the date of delivery vehicle(s) and thereafter on or before the date of the same generic each succeeding month. We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement if the renter fails to make payment at the time specified.
Rental Rates and Rental Extension / Excess Hours
Prices are subject to change without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as increase in transport and maintenance costs, tax, etc.
Should the renter wish to extend the rental beyond the original termination date, it is important that our Company OSCR to be informed immediately and required advanced paid.
No Refund of Unused Services and Forfeited of Booking Fees
No refunds, either in part or in full, will be made for unused rental. For cancellation of booking at any time by renter, booking fees paid shall be forfeited.
Vehicle Condition
Upon return, the car has to be in the same condition as when it was rented. Failing which, the renter will be liable for the cost of restoring the vehicle to its original condition.
Non-smoking Vehicle
Renter and all passengers must not smoke while using vehicles rented from OSCR/Owner. A sum of RM200 shall apply to remove the cigarettes odour and disinfect the interior of the vehicles.
Prohibited Odours
All items arid goods discharging unpleasant odours are strictly forbidden from being carried in the vehicle (eg. Durian, salted fish, vomit, etc.), the renter will be responsible from charges from RM100 and above to eliminate the odours.
Fuel
Every OSCR vehicle is rented out with tank of fuel and must be returned at the same level of fuel, otherwise the renter will be charged for a refill upon return.
Rent-It-Here, Leave-It-Here
A repositioning charge will be levied for one way rentals. Details on the charges and procedures will be made available at time of enquiry.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
We offer the renter the option to waive the financial responsibility resulting from damage vehicle while it under rental agreement. This can be done by accepting the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at the time of taking delivery of the vehicle on payment of 10% from rental rates. However the customer is liable for a Non-Waiver able Damage Excess for Group A-B (RM1000), Group C (RM1500), Group D (RM3,000) and Group E (RM5000)
Parking and Traffic Violations
The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, parking charges and summons.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) Optional
The car insurance does not cover the driver or the passengers for injury due to accident. Additional protection is available with the purchase of Personal Accident Insurance (PAI).
In one event of any accident, the renter hereby agrees to fully indemnity the owner for any claimsarising therefrom on a solicitor and client basis.
Where the vehicle may be used (Malaysia/Singapore)
All rental cars are strictly prohibited from being driven into Thailand.
Collision Damage Waiver on the vehicles only applies within Peninsular Malaysia. Should any damages occur to a vehicle in Singapore, the renter shall bear the full cost of repairing.
The vehicle(s) may enter Singapore subject to the purchase of the AutoPass at the Causeway, and it is renter’s responsibility to obey all relevant traffic requirements while driving in Singapore, such as Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) and Vehicle Entry Permits (VEP) as well as other Toll charges.
The vehicles must be returned to Malaysia at the end of the rental, and any related costs (tow truck, etc.), shall be borne by the renter.
By law, Singapore citizens, Singapore permanent residents (regardless of their place of residence) and residents of Singapore are not allowed to use or keep Malaysian registered cars in Singapore.
The renter need to agree and accept all the terms and conditions without anyobjection before signing this agreement and agree that all clauses and statements are clear.
